Pastor Kiley has been in ministry since 1998 and became lead pastor in 2011. With a master’s in theology and a doctorate in Christian counseling, his powerful preaching and counseling experience have helped Northfield Church grow into a thriving community. He and his wife, Kerry, live in Gering, NE with their children and grandchildren.

Kerry has a deep passion for Northfield Church and the ministry directors. Kerry takes care of the staff and those who attend Northfield Church. She is passionate about leading the Northfield Family closer to Christ.

Serving since 2011, Melissa’s passion is leading people into a closer relationship with God through worship. She and her husband Jon have three children: Ethan, David, and Josiah.

Serving since 2008, Mike uses technology to expand Northfield’s reach. He lives in Gering, NE with his wife Jen, their 3 children, and three grandchildren.

Mason has served since 2018, helping youth navigate their teen years with strong biblical values. He and his wife Lesley live in Gering, NE with their four children: Audriyana, Taya, Maverick, and Elsie.

Since 2015, Sylvia has helped raise spiritually strong champions among elementary students. She and her husband Fred live in Gering, NE.

Melissa has served since 2017, creating a safe and nurturing environment for kids birth through preschool. She and her husband Ron live in Gering, NE with their three children.
