Northfield’s Worship Ministry

Psalm 150:6 — “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.”

At any Northfield Church location, we believe in praising the name of Jesus boldly and without reservation. The purpose of Northfield worship is to provide an environment for people to glorify God and experience life transformation. Every week, our church comes together through contemporary worship to enter into His presence through thanksgiving, praise, and worship.

Life Groups

As iron sharpens iron

Proverbs 27:17

We were made for community. In Life Groups (usually 8–12 people meeting in homes), we learn the Bible, pray, encourage one another, and serve together. Groups help us experience God more fully as we play, pray, encourage, and live out God’s Word side-by-side.

Northfield Kids

Let the little children come

Matthew 19:14

Our Family Center serves birth through 5th grade with interactive, purposeful, and fun experiences. Kids learn that God made them, God loves them, and Jesus wants to be their friend forever.

Highlights include a bounce house, super slide, age-appropriate toys (jungle gym, climbing wall), plus game stations. All volunteers pass a certified background check and are trained to lead with love.

A Few Policies

Only children and approved personnel may enter classrooms.
Pickup requires the parent’s security card received at check-in.
Please keep children home if ill (fever, cold, sore throat, rash, pink eye, etc.).

Northfield Teens

Growing together

Whoever you are, wherever you’re from, you are welcome here. We serve students from 5th–12th grade, empowering them through passionate worship, relevant preaching, small groups, and friendship. Students learn to know Jesus, grow in Him, and follow the Spirit’s lead in everyday life.

When We Meet

Northfield Youth meets every Sunday after worship downstairs in the youth room. Expect games, worship, teaching, small groups, prayer, and fellowship — plus retreats, studies, fun events, and mission trips throughout the year.

We believe God uses young people to carry out His purpose. Teens are equipped to make wise, biblical choices and prepare for future success.

Men & Women

Men: “Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.” (1 Corinthians 16:13)
Women: “She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.” (Proverbs 31:25)

Men of Northfield

We gather to pray over Sunday services, share meals, build friendships, and pursue Christ together through studies and service projects.

Women of Northfield

We study the Bible together and gather for fellowship, meals, and purposeful fun — growing in grace and in friendship across generations.

We are passionate about showing people Jesus. Whether in our neighborhoods or across the globe, we express God’s love through outreach and mission trips — extending our mission beyond our walls to our local and global community.

Mission Across the Street

We invest in local ministries and organizations that meet tangible needs in our community, creating practical opportunities for the church to serve and share the love of Jesus.

Mission Across the Sea

Hunger, slavery, lack of clean water, and extreme poverty affect millions. Our passion is to see people fed, freed, provided clean water, and equipped to provide for their families.
